Back pain: symptoms, treatment, prevention

  1. Horseradish is grated and mixed with sour cream. Place the resulting mass under the waist, cover with a napkin and cover with a woolen scarf or shawl.
  2. Use St. John's wort, thyme, black elderberry and chamomile. A warm compress with a bandage from these plants, if cooled, will warm your back well. The procedure is best done at night.
  3. Burdock leaves are distinguished by their therapeutic effect. Pre-dry them, then pour boiling water over them and apply to the sore spot for an hour.
  4. Horse chestnut is widely used. Powder the dried flowers, take olive and camphor oil, mix the ingredients in equal proportions. Spread the mixture on a piece of brown bread and apply to the wound.
  5. Compresses based on garlic infusion are used. Mix with lemon juice. Dip a cotton swab into the mixture and apply to the sore spot for twenty minutes.

Prevention

The best way to prevent back pain is through various physical exercises. You need to follow the correct posture while walking and sitting. Weight lifting is contraindicated not only for women but also for men.
